Wendy Standifer, MA, LPC, NCC

Wendy Standifer is the Chief Operating Officer at Correctional Counseling, Inc. (CCI). She has over 30 years of experience working in Behavioral Health and Child Welfare systems. She has provided direct clinical services, clinical supervision, and executive leadership with individuals with behavioral health, substance abuse, and intellectual development disabilities. She has been instrumental in advancing evidence-based practices into numerous service arrays including Moral Reconation Therapy, Family Psychoeducation, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Services, and Co-Occurring Principles. She has been in executive leadership roles since 2005. She has successfully developed and implemented service delivery programs in behavioral health; substance use disorders; criminal justice; autism; trauma; trauma-informed care; co-occurring; veterans and at-risk behavioral health populations for both adults and children. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University and has certifications through the National Certified Counselors (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC).
