Veronica Valencia

Veronica started her career with Banner University Health Plans in 2018 as the Court Specialist, providing oversight (and technical assistance) of ACC and ALTCS members under Title 36 Mental Health Court Orders, and for members with justice involvement (probationers). Previous to her role with BUHP, she was a paralegal with the Pima County Mental Health Defender’s office for five years and spent nine years at the Pima County Attorney’s Office in both the Criminal Division (Special Victims unit) and the Civil Division in different positions. Veronica is a born and bred Tucsonan with deep ties to the Arizona-Sonora region.
