This presentation will provide participants with detailed information on Cannabis and will examine considerations to take when working with justice involved individuals who use marijuana. The presentation is meant to provoke thought around personal beliefs, the influence of culture and society, and impacts that marijuana can have on the user and their daily functioning. By participating in this session, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how marijuana may affect the user from a behavioral health perspective, and the potential impacts this could have on their success in participating in treatment courts.
