Nicole Hartley

Honorable Nicole Hartley has served as a commissioner on the juvenile bench of Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix, AZ, since December 2021, and the primary focus of her calendar involves delinquent juveniles. Prior to becoming a judicial officer, she worked a public defender for 12.5 years, where she spent 6 years specializing in cases involving sexually abusive behaviors, including representing juveniles tried in adult court, mental health, and other areas. She is a proud graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and the University of California at Berkeley.
