In October of 2013, Vincent became the director of the Defense Advocate Office where he continues to lead the office and provide defense representation in the Salt River Tribal Court. Vincent helped form the Adult Wellness Court Committee working with All Rise and the Tribal Law & Policy Institute (TLPI) to provide onsite training for the AWC team.
