The work of a treatment court judge is complex. Standing at the intersection of law and science, the crossroads of therapeutic intervention and accountability, a treatment court judge must lead a team, encourage clients, and navigate difficult situations and personalities. Judge Williams will provide an overview of All Rise Best Practice Standard 3 and lead a discussion about methods for effective leadership and communication that have helped improve the outcomes of the Mohave County adult and juvenile treatment court programs.
